There seem to be at least three broad lines of thought on this profound topic.
- Ben is pretty occupied until late July. We would then have the reunion around 30 or 31 July for three days.
- Alternatively, we could just all get together in the SL area at that time and use the funds we would have spent on housing and travel to go to attractions in Utah.
- There is some sentiment for having the reunion earlier, in late June or early July. I have heard indirectly that Caleb may have conflicts in August?
I have emailed everyone a list of properties on vrbo as possibilities. These are in three general areas: southwest Colorado, western Wyoming, in range of Jackson Hole and Yellowstone, and near the Little Bighorn in Montana. Some have responded already. These properties would cost in the neighborhood of $750-$1200 for three days.

This is Marci- Not sure if anyone is considering July as an option, but in case... We are going to Saint George July 3-7 and Alaina is going to be staying wiht us July 7-22. As of right now, my parents are coming into town the week of Pioneer Day to take Alaina home, I think they will leave on 7/27 (there is a very small chance that they might not come.)
Caleb is going to a conference in San Diego Aug 1-4. And then has another one near SL Aug 17-18.
But we really are flexible... it might not sound like it, but for the most part we can do some shifting and what not if someone needs a certain date. And depending on anyone elses feelings, I don't think Alaina would care if she has to come with us while she is here, if it looks like that is the only feasible time frame.
Well I can see that our family has the most to say, caleb cardon 2, rest of family 0. haha. As Marci said we are pretty flexible and since dad wont let us reroof the house in Iowa you can all come out here and help us redo the back half of our house. I like the idea of Wyoming but that depends on how I feel when we decide to do it. Anywhoo, I am not sure why Ben needs to study for the Bar we all know he will pass, so lets just do it early in the summer.

Just kidding. This is Nathan, and I am not available the month of July until at least the 20th, but anything else will be fine for us. We aren't quite as cool as Marci and Caleb, who seem to have plans every week of the summer. Other than that, I have no preference as to what we do or where we go. I am fine with just getting together and spending time together.
Rich has a family reunion in Utah the weekend of July 27th. We can only spend a week and a half on vacation, so the get together would have to be in that time frame.
